Configuring Read&Write for Windows to work with Proxy Servers
Please Note:- This information only relates to Read&Write for Windows.
It may be required to configure Read&Write for Windows to work with your proxy server to enable certain online features as well as licencing.
To configure Read&Write for Windows follow the steps below:

Locate the ReadAndWrite.exe.config file in the installation path of the Read&Write install

C:\Program Files (x86)\Texthelp\Read And Write 12

Copy this file to your desktop

Open the copied ReadAndWrite.exe.config in notepad

Modify the <system.net> section as per below to add your proxy address
