Please find some instructions below to activate your copy of Read&Write for the Mac offline.
Manual Activation for Read&Write (Group / Unlimited Licences)If you need to manually activate Read&Write on your machine, follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Download the THInfo Tool
Download the THInfo program.
Note: The file is provided as a compressed (ZIP) folder and must be extracted before use.
Step 2 - Run the Tool
Extract the downloaded ZIP file
Open the extracted folder
Run THInfo.exe on the machine where Read&Write is installed
Step 3 - Generate the Information File
Tick the option: “Allow this information to be collected”
Click Save
Step 4 - Save the File
Choose a location to save the generated file
Save the file to your preferred location
Step 5 - Send the File to Support
Send the saved file to our Support team, and include the following details:
Your Product Code
The Domain of your network linked to the Product Code
What Happens Next
Once we receive your file, we will generate and provide your Read&Write activation file.
