Events are calculated one of two ways: On click, or on use.On-click events are tools such as Highlighting, the Vocabulary List Builder and Screenmasking. This means that each time one of these icons are clicked, it counts as an event.
Admin Analytics can now be seen by admins listed on your organization’s license using Data Desk. You can even export this data as a CSV file for further analysis.
Similar to the feature management section of Data Desk, Teacher Analytics can now be seen by connecting with Google Classroom. Once connected, and a class selected, you will be able to see usage data for a specified time period.
The custom analytics page for Data Desk allows administrators to upload custom CSV files to merge their own data with our analytics and to filter and export the data they want.
Data Desk is a tool that can be used with Read&Write for Google Chrome, EquatIO for Google, and the Texthelp PDF Reader in conjunction with Google Classroom to restrict Read&Write, EquatIO or PDF Reader features for entire classes and/or individual students.
