If you have experienced an interruption with Writing Helper, you may need to remove and reinstall the app.
Windows
Open the Windows/Start menu and search for "add or remove programs"
In the add or remove programs settings menu, look or search for Writing Helper.
Once you have found these, click on the 3 dots and then use the option to Uninstall.
Once you have done this, go back to your browser and go to https://writinghelper.texthelp.com/Welcome
You will then be able to install the app again (this option should appear at the top of the Writing Helper page)
Mac
Open the Writing Helper app on your Mac and in the top right click on the 3 dots.
In this menu, click on Uninstall Writing Helper.
After you have done this, open your browser and go to https://writinghelper.texthelp.com/Welcome and then use the Install option.
