Create Your Data Points: Open the Calculation dialog and click New Entry. Give your new column a clear name (like "Budget" or "Priority").
Access the Column Menu: Switch to the Gantt Chart view. Right-click directly on the header bar (where "Task Name" or "Duration" is listed).
