PLEASE NOTE: Newly registered Free For Teacher licenses of Read&Write can take up to 24 hours to sync to your local account.
If you are not receiving premium features of Read&Write for Windows and Mac, you will need to make sure that the email you are entering into Read&Write is the same email that you registered with on our Free for Teacher form.
If you entered in the incorrect email or you think you made a typo, please email support@texthelp.com and we can correct this for you.
If you are not receiving premium features for Read&Write for Google Chrome, make sure you are signed into the Chrome browser with the same email that you put into the Free for Teacher form.
To check what email is logged into Chrome, copy and paste chrome://settings and the email listed at the top of the page is the one that is logged into Chrome. If different, you can sign out of Chrome and sign back in with the correct email or click on manage people and add that email to the list of Chrome accounts.
