The new Writing Helper is accessed through the Chrome browser and can be installed as a PWA to the local machine.
To access Writing Helper, head to http://writinghelper.texthelp.com/
Staff and Students can then sign in using their school email address (using the Google or Microsoft Sign In option)
If signing in to Writing Helper is not working, please email support@texthelp.com including your product key and the domain you are trying to use.
The PWA can be installed by pressing the Install button in the address bar.
You can also install the PWA over the network using your preferred method (please refer to the distribution documentation on instruction for this)
Alternatively, you can also pin the URL to the taskbar of your school/business chosen browser.
