Deploying and Licensing Fluency Tutor for Google
To get started with deploying and licensing Fluency Tutor for Google, please refer to the instructions below for your license type. (Group or Unlimited Domain-wide)
Your license type can be found in the email received when Fluency Tutor for Google was purchased or renewed by your organization.
For Group Licenses (A limited number of Fluency Tutor for Google seats)
1. Manage and license your Fluency Tutor for Google users.
*Both teachers and students will need to be licensed with our Texthelp Admin Tool*
For G Suite for Education Google domain |
2. Deploy/Installing Fluency Tutor for Google extension
For G Suite for Education Google domains | For instructions to deploy a Chrome app or extension to your users through the Google Admin Console please read Automatically install apps and extensions from Google Chrome Enterprise Help |
For Unlimited Licenses (An unlimited number of Fluency Tutor for Google seats for everyone in the domain)
With unlimited licensing, you only need to deploy the Fluency Tutor for Google extension.
For G Suite for Education Google domains | For instructions to deploy a Chrome app or extension to your users through the Google Admin Console please read Automatically install apps and extensions from Google Chrome Enterprise Help |
Force installing the app from the Google Admin Console is not mandatory. End users can manually install the app by going to fluency.texthelp.com.
