To create content click on Share a Passage on the Dashboard:

Then, click on the Create Content option:

You can create content by copying and pasting text into a window or by using the Share with Fluency Tutor Chrome extension.

Create Content with Text from a Source

Copy the text from the source and paste it into the Share with Fluency Tutor window. You can cut and paste the title and create a description for the content

Click either the Google Drive or Google Classroom button:

Enter the email address(es) to share the passage and click Done. Students will receive an email that the passage(s) have been shared with them

You can also send a link by clicking Get shareable link in the upper right corner

Create Content with the Share with Fluency Tutor Chrome Extension

You can share by selecting content and using the content Share with Fluency Tutor Chrome Extension.

Install the extension by clicking Install Chrome Extension under the Share a Passage option:

Once you install the Share with Fluency Tutor Chrome Extension, visit an article in your browser and click the Read with Fluency Tutor button in the address bar:

The content will automatically upload into the Share with Fluency Tutor window

You can change the title and enter a short description for the article in the fields provided

Click either the Google Drive or Google Classroom button:

Enter the email address(es) to share the passage and click Done. Students will receive an email that the passage(s) have been shared with them

You can also send a link by clicking Get shareable link in the upper right corner
