Read&Write for Google Chrome supports text-to-speech in Afrikaans.
To change the text-to-speech language in Read&Write for Google Chrome, click the three dots on the right hand side of the toolbar, select Settings
Select Speech
Select ‘Afrikaans Female’ in the Voice dropdown. This selects the Afrikaans voice. Click on the "X" button to save the settings.
