What’s new
A new updated version of the “Support for Read&Write Desktop” Chrome extension has been released.
This update enables Read&Write to work with Chrome using Google’s newest security and performance standards for Chrome extensions (Manifest V3), and provides more support in more places.
What you need to do
To comply with Google's new standards, new permissions are required by the Support for Read&Write desktop extension.
You will have to accept these new permissions in order to re-enable the extension.
To re-enable the extension simple follow the steps below:
Click on the yellow attention icon to show the new permissions window.
Click on the Re-enable button to agree to the new permissions.
Refresh any open web pages you want to use Read&Write with.
