My microphone isn’t working with Equatio Speech Input (Talk&Type)

When using Equatio’s Speech Input feature to dictate, you will first be prompted to allow microphone use in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides

Click the Allow button when prompted

Then select Continue allowing https://docs.google.com to access your microphone

Then click Done

If the microphone doesn’t have access when trying to use Speech Input

Look for the camera icon in the Chrome Onmibar and click the camera icon.

Then select Continue allowing https://docs.google.com to access your microphone

Then click Done

It is also recommended to make sure that Chrome is up to date by typing chrome://help in the address bar
