You can open Read&Write for Google Chrome and select features with your keyboard.
To open the Read&Write for Google Chrome web toolbar with your keyboard:
- To focus on the Chrome Settings button Click the F10 button in Windows
- Then use the Left Arrow key to focus on the purple puzzle piece icon
- Once the purple puzzle piece is selected, hit the Enter key to open the Read&Write for Google Chrome web toolbar
- In Google Docs or Slides, if the purple puzzle piece tab appears, click the Ctrl key once then release, then click the Down Arrow key to bring the toolbar down
- To set focus on the toolbar use Alt Shift K
- Use the right and left arrow keys to move the focus across the Read&Write for Google Chrome toolbar
- Hit the Enter key to activate or turn off a feature
- If using Speech, to Stop or Pause, please use Tab to choose either option
- To set focus to the webpage, Google Doc or Slide the shortcut is CTRL Alt Shift Z
- To see other keyboard shortcuts for google docs use CTRL /
