We have had a long and successful history of customers who have used Read&Write with Citrix. When using Read&Write for Windows with Citrix, Read&Write needs to be installed in the same location as the applications that it will be interacting with.
The main concern is that Read&Write plays back speech. Regarding audio on Citrix; audio can be configured to play either on the server or on the client machine using Citrix wav file audio settings.
We typically refer customers back to their Citrix documentation or Citrix support contact for configuring audio. Read&Write over Citrix works the same as any application with wav audio output it has no special requirements. Once audio has been configured, there are no known issues with using Read&Write with Citrix.
