If you have switched on the option to convert uploaded files to Google Docs editor format, this can cause issues when trying to use the Drive apps. Please follow the steps below to turn this off:
- Click on the cog wheel settings button on the top right of Google Drive in your browser. You should see this dialog:
2. Now just uncheck the Convert Uploads button, and upload the PDF again.
