If there is no launchpad on a site to launch the ReachDeck toolbar and you need to know if the ReachDeck script has been added to site you can check to see if it is there:
1. Right click over the webpage and select View Source:
2. Look at the source for the page. Search for ba.js, if it isn't there then the appropriate code has not added to the site.
Please Note: If you are using SRI - Subsource Integrity, the ReachDeck script will be longer and have a substring on the end. More information can be found at our website.
