Super admins can push out the Read&Write PDF Reader Drive app from the G Suite Marketplace and allow permissions for end users. This is done from your Google Admin Console.
Select G Suite Marketplace under tools on the right-hand side.
In the G Suite Marketplace window, search “texthelp” and click on Read&Write for Google Chrome.
Select DOMAIN INSTALL.
Select CONTINUE.
A permission window will pop up. You will be able to select the OU that you would like to push the Drive app to and allow permissions for those users. Your main OU will be listed first and if you click on the down caret, all of your sub-OUs will appear.
Check off I agree to the application's Terms of Service and G Suite Marketplace Terms of Service and select Accept.
A successful install message will appear and select DONE.
Now all users in the OU that you selected will see Read&Write for Google Chrome when choosing Open with for a PDFs within Drive.
