How Do I Create A Read&Write 11.5 Take Home Access Code?

To create an Access Code for Read&Write 11 Take Home you must have access to the Create Take Home for Download tool.

•  The Create Take Home for Download tool can be downloaded by going to our Essentials website and entering your Read&Write 11 site license serial number
• Once logged in to Essentials go to Additional Installation Options > Create A Take Home Version and then click the link to Download Create Take Home Tool
• Read&Write 11 must be first installed locally and activated in order to use the Create Take Home for Download tool

To create an access code:

1.  Open the Create Take Home for Download tool and enter the password you created

2. Enter your Read&Write 11 site license serial number

3. Click the Generate Access Code button to create the code

 Note: Remember to record this Access Code somewhere!

4. Click Yes to confirm and generate a code

Note: Generating an access code will expire all existing copies of the Take Home version. Users will be prompted to activate when running the program.

• Users without the new access code will only have the option to click Skip Activation which will count down and allow 25 uses before expiring

• Users who have access to the code can tick the Activate by telephone box and enter the code manually
